File too large or unsupported
Getting an error when uploading a file? Here's how to resolve common issues.
File too large
Maximum file size is 100 MB.
Solutions
For PDFs:
- Compress using Adobe Acrobat
- Split into multiple smaller files
- Reduce image quality if the PDF contains many images
For Excel files:
- Remove unnecessary worksheets
- Delete unused rows/columns
- Save as
.xlsx(not.xlsbor.xlsm) - Remove embedded images if not needed
For images:
- Reduce resolution (300 DPI is sufficient)
- Use JPEG instead of PNG for photos
- Compress using image tools

Steps to convert
- Open the file in its native application
- Go to File → Save As or Export
- Choose a supported format
- Upload the converted file
